The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) activity represents the complementary business to the concessions of the FININC GROUP. Over the past 15 years, the Group has managed to evolve from a leader exclusively in the construction sector to becoming the third-largest motorway concession operator in Italy.

The FININC GROUP is one of the leading Italian groups in the large construction sector, which operates independently through its direct subsidiary INC and in partnership with Gruppo Sacyr through Consorzio Stabile SIS.
Through INC and SIS, the Group carries out O&M (operation and maintenance) activities for concessions.
